The Amathusia Beach Apartments complex is situated in the Amathus area of Limassol, opposite the Mediterranean Beach Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel and Amathus Beach Hotel.  This exclusive complex boasts a large communal swimming pool (which could in fact pass for a private pool most of the time, including high season). The beautiful mature gardens are kept in immaculate condition, and offer plenty of shade from the direct sun. The swimming pool and gardens are south-facing and therefore have the full sun all day from early morning until late afternoon. The glorious sandy beach is just 100m from the Amathusia Beach Apartments complex and all local amenities including banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are just 50m away.  The main tourist area of Potamos Yermasoyias is approximately 3 kms away and the old town is approximately 6 kms.

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor if viewed from the pool/gardens.  However, as the Amathusia Beach Apartments complex is built on an incline, there are only 3 steps down to one of the entrances of the apartment (there are two entry doors).  The apartment overlooks the pool and gardens and has sea views. 

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and all kitchenware.  The large spacious lounge/dining area has patio doors leading to the south-facing balcony which has an electric canopy to provide shade if required.  The double bedroom also has patio doors leading to the balcony and there is also a twin bedroom.  The bathroom has bath/shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.  Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning units.  A large table and chairs are provided for the balcony together with two foldable sun beds.  All bed linen and towels are provided (with the exception of beach towels). There is a private, shaded car parking facility directly outside the apartment which provides easy access to the apartment for luggage and shopping.  Clothes dryer, iron and board are also provided.

Facilities include Fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, TV, iron/board, clothes dryer, table and chairs on balcony, fully air-conditioned with three units and car parking facilities.  Bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are provided for all apartments.

The beautifully landscaped gardens and swimming pool area are for residents and guests only.
