The Amathusia Beach Apartments complex is situated in the Amathus area of Limassol, opposite the Mediterranean Beach Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel and Amathus Beach Hotel.  This exclusive complex boasts a large communal swimming pool (which could in fact pass for a private pool most of the time, including high season). The beautiful mature gardens are kept in immaculate condition, and offer plenty of shade from the direct sun. The swimming pool and gardens are south-facing and therefore have the full sun all day from early morning until late afternoon. The glorious sandy beach is just 100m from the Amathusia Beach Apartments complex and all local amenities including banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are just 50m away.  The main tourist area of Potamos Yermasoyias is approximately 3 kms away and the old town is approximately 6 kms.

This 2 bedroom duplex apartment is situated on the ground/1st floor if viewed from the pool/gardens.  The apartment has a balcony from one of the bedrooms on the first floor and a private garden area on the ground floor.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and all kitchenware.  The large spacious lounge/dining area has patio doors leading to the secluded private garden, which in turn has a gate leading to the communal garden and swimming pool area. The double bedroom also has patio doors leading to the balcony and there is also a second bedroom with bunk beds and an additional roll-out bed.  The bathroom has bath/shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.  Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning units.  Garden furniture, together with two foldable sun beds, are provided for the garden and balcony.  All bed linen and towels are provided (with the exception of beach towels). Car parking facility is provided.
