Diana 45 Apartments is a terraced house on two levels and sleeps up to 6
people, situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos.
The house comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with
seating for 6, a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a
raised terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Satellite TV is available.
Diana 45 Apartments has a fitted kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances including
washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and
kettle. This area leads onto a raised terrace furnished with sun loungers.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin) with
fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have a balcony furnished with table and
chairs. There is also a sofa-bed that sleeps an additional two
people.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC on ground level.
Allocated parking is provided.
The communal swimming pool is solely for the use of the 5 houses on the complex.
Additional features of the apartment include a DVD player, Sky
television, CD player, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
