Holmes Place Apartments are a quiet collection of fourteen apartments located in the village of Peyia. The apartments are all 2 bedroom in contemporary design with the living rooms featuring luxurious leather sofas, 21 inch colour satellite TV, and DVD player and fully fitted kitchens having granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Ground floor apartments have patios to the front of the properties while first floor apartments have balconies and stairs which provide access to roof terraces, some of which overlook the beautifully appointed swimming pool (12m x 6m)which has ample room to provide residents with both refreshment and relaxation.

Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint taverns for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country.

The development is set on the hillside within the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away. You are twenty minutes from Paphos centre and forty minutes from Paphos Airport.

Paphos itself consists of two towns each with its very own character Ktima on the cliff Upper Paphos and Kato Paphos by the sea Lower Paphos. One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos in the archaeological park you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods plus the Harbour Castle. Close by is the church of St Pauls Pillar where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (4km) there is Lara Bay famous for turtles and Latchi famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car you can find the route to Kathikas, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.

An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple towards Limassol taking in Curium is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
