Icarus House is an air-conditioned 3 bedroomed house, and can sleep 6-8 people.  The property occupies a corner position in a complex with a large shared swimming pool.  The house has small private gardens to three sides and plenty of places to sunbathe with its private roof terrace with BBQ, two patios and a balcony.  The separate kitchen is particularly well equipped and has granite worktops.  The spacious lounge and dining areas both have sliding glass doors leading to patio areas.  The dining table seats 6 but extends to sit 8 easily.  In the lounge area there are two sofa beds.  There's a downstairs shower room and WC as well as the main bathroom on the first floor which has a powerful shower over the bath, WC and basin set in a marble surround.  There are two twin bedrooms and one double with balcony.  All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Icarus House is situated in a developing area of Paphos, amidst residential and holiday homes.  It is between the old part of town (Upper Pafos), the busy tourist area of Kato Pafos and the famous Tombs of the Kings Road with its rock tombs.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within about 10 minutes walking distance. The harbour and beach are just a few minutes away by car or about 20 minutes walking. The old town of Pafos with its daily (except Sundays) market is also within walking distance.  Car hire is not essential (though Icarus House does have private off-road parking). You can get buses to the Waterpark, or to Coral Bay.  Local tour agents can arrange all sorts of trips - jeep safaris, visits to mountain villages, the Kykkos Monastery, the Baths of Aphrodite, boat trips, mini-cruises to Rhodes, Syria, Lebanon or Egypt.

Activities include fishing, scuba diving, jet-skiing, paragliding, golf (you will need a car for golf), walking, bowling, visiting the many sites of historical interest.
