Ikaria Village is built on a sloping hill in traditional Greek Aegean island architecture, with spectacular views to the sea; it is in our view, one of the nicest holiday villages in the Paphos area. It is 25 minutes from Paphos airport, two miles from Kato Paphos with its charming harbour, medieval castle, sea front restaurants, a short walk from the Paphos mosaics, 10 minutes drive to the main Coral Bay beach, and 400 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. Ikaria Village has in the past repeatedly been advertised on local TV. It has lovely well-maintained gardens, excellent architecture and a superb pool and paddling pool, with parking under the village square, also a tennis court. The apartment consists of a double-bedded room with a ceiling fan. The bathroom/shower rooms has WC and washbasin. In the kitchen you will find all cooking facilities. In the lounge/dining room there is a sofa bed and ceiling fan. Bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are provided. Cleaning and linen change is carried out weekly and is included in the price. From the bedroom and the lounge, you have access to the veranda, and sea views from all the rooms except the bathroom. The veranda is approximately 50 x 12 feet, partly shaded, with a table and four chairs as well as two sun beds and lovely sunsets. The apartment is ideal for couples but a child or teenager can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge but without real privacy.
