Iliana Villa is a four twin-bedroom villa (two doubles and two twin bedrooms), with two bathrooms/wc, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with an open fireplace. The villa has large verandas, a private swimming pool, pool bar, built and covered barbecue area, children's sand pit and play area. Perfectly furnished throughout with attractive wood furniture and delicate soft furnishings. Wooden beamed ceilings and interior stone walls dotted throughout the villa give a great feeling of rural living. Walking through the lounge, which has an open fireplace, and onto the patio area, you will find an extremely large built barbecue area and patio for comfortable cooking and covered for more relaxed environment. A small pathway leads you to another private patio area and the swimming pool. Iliana Villa is set amongst lush greenery - the gardens are mature and very private with tall flowing palm trees and eucalyptus trees. Approximately 6 km from Polis, Latchi and the beach. Shops and tavernas are 800m away. Paphos town is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Tsada Golf Course is a 20 minutes drive. Evretou Dam is just a few minutes away with great fresh water fishing. Iliana Villa is ideal for disabled guests. |
