This modern 2-bedroom townhouse is located on the Iris Cottages Apartments complex in Kato Paphos, 10 minutes walk from Bar Street with its bars and restaurants and approximately 15 minutes walk to the Harbour area.  The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning/heating.  The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and is also air conditioned.  The bathroom has bath/shower/WC.  The ground floor is open-planned and consists of a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with patio doors leading to the patio with table, chairs and umbrella, looking on to a landscaped and terraced pool. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin.  There is a plentiful supply of sun beds and umbrellas around the pool.
