Iris Village Penthouse is a luxury apartment with very large open plan
lounge and dining room, 37in LCD, satellite TV, DVD player and CD-radio.
Balcony can accommodate very large party. Air conditioning throughout,
plenty of cupboard space, tastefully furnished. Ideally situated for
exploring the many historical sites, blue flag beaches and championship
golf courses that exist in the region including Clay Shooting Club in
Paphos and Limassol, with others to be found. Not to mention the
breathtaking landscapes of the Troodos Mountains and their potential for a
skiing holiday. Apartments and villas in Cyprus give you the perfect
excuse for a relaxing break at any time of the year in a country where the
sun doesn't seem to stop shining, even during the winter months. Tenpin
bowling, go-carting, bird-zoo and young children's fun park (Luna) all
very close by, as are many restaurants and harbour.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom - double bed & en-suite bath & shower,
double wardrobe shelves & drawers, large dressing table with mirror, 2
bedside tables & lights.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds, 1 bedside table & light, mirror with
shelf, wardrobe with drawers & shelves.
Bathrooms: En suite to bedroom 1 with shower & bath, hand basin/shelf
with mirror over, vanity unit, shaver point and wc. Family bathroom with
bath and shower over, wc, hand basin/shelf with mirror over & vanity
unit and shaver point.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave,
kettle, iron/board, cloths-horse, mop buckets. Enough china & cutlery
for 12 people, pots, pans, dishes etc. You could cook Sunday Lunch if
you wished.
Living Rooms: 37in LCD satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi, 1 armchair, 2 sofas
(1 double sofa bed), 1 large centre coffee table & 1 end table. Round
dining room table with lazy susan and 8 chairs. Patio doors to balcony.
Towels and linen provided (no beach towels provided). Laundry and
maid service once a week.
Heating and Air conditioning in all rooms cool in summer hot in
winter. All windows have black-out blinds (which means extra time in
bed). Suitable for children any age, cots etc. can be arranged at extra
cost.
Accessibility - Property is
completely accessible for wheelchairs even from underground car-park via
lift.
Outside part covered balcony with 6 sun loungers & leather look
foam filled cushions, table and 8 chairs, 2 occasional tables for
loungers. Access to main bedroom via patio doors. Breathtaking views to
sea. There are male and female changing rooms with showers and toilets
by the pool as well as an outside shower. The keys are supplied with
your Penthouse keys so no outsiders can use these facilities. As extra
security the door to the main building has also a separate key. Sun-loungers
& umbrella's around the pool are for your private use as well and do not
belong to other individuals.
The nearest beach to Iris Village Apartments is 1.5km 15 mins walk.
Coral Bay resort 15 mins drive or 80c on the bus.
The Iris Village Penthouse is close to 3 golf courses situated in
Paphos, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Skiing is available in Troodos Mountains situated approx 1 hour from
Paphos from November to February (the rate climate change is happening
it could be all year round).
There is a local clay shooting club approx. 15 minutes from Penthouse,
via motorway, near cement works. It is open Wednesday, Saturday and
Sunday. With 4 FITASC layouts and Skeet. Limassol gun club 45 minutes
away open 6 days a week, 4 FITASC layouts, Trench, Skeet, Kompact
Sporting. Beretta gun club near Limassol, haven't been there yet.
Paphos Airport is 20 minutes. All major car hire companies are at the
airport and the taxis are very cheap. Driving is on the same side of the
road as UK so no bumping into people. Bus route from Paphos to Limassol,
for only loose change?
