Joanne apartment, which is air conditioned and sleeps 3 people, has a spacious 7sqm fully furnished living and dining area and a newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with single bed - and a large newly fitted shower room. The apartment is a ground floor corner plot enjoying large private patio area with table and chairs and sun loungers. The Swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled area with sun lounges and umbrellas for all day sun bathing or relaxation. Children have their own smaller pool. A small path is leading from the complex to the nearby sea. There is a Snack bar and Cafeteria serving hot snacks for breakfast and lunch and the bar is open all the day for refreshing drinks. NOTES: • From May to October, the air conditioning unit, which heats as well as cools the rooms, is at an extra cost of CYP 3.-per day, payable in advance at the resort. From November to April, the air conditioning is free of charge. • Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are supplied and changed every 3 days. • Baby cots are available free of charge for infants (up to 2 years old) and can be in addition to the number of persons sleeping in the apartment – please make this request at the time of booking) • There are optional supplements for Breakfast, Half Board or Full Board – please ask for details. • During the winter month, the swimming pool is closed and the opening hours of the bar/cafeteria may be changed. • There is a safety box available at reception for your valuables, - CYP 5.-per week. • Taxes are included in the prices.
