If you're looking for family holiday accommodation in Paphos, villa rentals in Konia will give you all the spacious luxury you could wish for and a private pool that is guaranteed to provide hours of entertainment without having to go anywhere else to find it! But if you do want to get out and about, you'll find that with so many opportunities for outdoor recreation, sport and leisure in the Paphos area. Holiday accommodation in Konia is ideally situated for exploring the many historical sites, blue flag beaches and championship golf courses that exist in the region including Clay Shooting Club in Paphos and Limasol, with others to be found, not to mention the breathtaking landscapes of the Troodos Mountains and their potential for a skiing holiday. Apartments and villas in Cyprus give you the perfect excuse for a relaxing break at any time of the year in a country where the sun doesn't seem to stop shining, even during the winter months.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en suite. Dressing table with mirror, 2 large wardrobes with cupboards, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps.

Bathrooms: En suite to bedroom 1 with shower, hand basin/shelf with mirror over, shaver point and wc.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wc, hand basin/shelf with mirror over and shaver point.
Separate wc to ground floor, hand basin and shelf.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. All appliances that you need and would have at home, including oven and hob, fridge?freezer, dishwasher, microwave,

Utility Room: Washing machine with separate sink and lots of cupboard space. Iron and board, broom for people who would like to clean for the owner! Oh and a mop.

Living Room: Open plan lounge dinning room with 2 sofas, coffee table TV, DVD, Digibox for Sky, table that seats 6 in a very comfortable chairs, music centre, sliding patio doors from lounge and dinning area leading onto large patio area.

Roof garden with breathtaking views, please water the plants! Full water pressure system with main switch front bedroom to be switched on, on arrival next to air conditioning switch. All main rooms incl. bedrooms have air conditioning at no extra charge.

Towels and linen provided (no beach towels). Laundry and maid service once a week.

Private parking situated at the side of the villa. Decorative stone and plants to the front of the property. To the rear of the property is a covered veranda area with a table and seating for up to 6 people. The pool is 3.5m x 7m with a paved surround in natural stone. There is an outside shower. The property is south facing. There are 6 sun loungers with tables and umbrella.

4km to beach by car. Timi beach is used by the locals and has a barbecue area in wooded surrounds, 5km. Pissouri is another beautiful beach area.

The villa is close to 3 golf courses situated in Paphos, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.

Skiing is available in Troodos Mountains situated approx 1 hour from Paphos from November to February.

There is a local clay shooting club approx. 7 minutes from villa, via motorway, near cement works. It is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. With 4 FITASC layouts and Skeet. Limassol gun club 45 minutes away open 6 days a week, 4 FITASC layouts, Trench, Skeet, Kompact Sporting. Beretta gun club near Limassol haven't been there yet.

Paphos Airport is 15 minutes. All major car hire companies are at the airport and the taxis are very cheap. Driving is on the same side of the road as UK so no bumping into people.

Konia is 2 mins walking distance. There are 2 restaurants which are very cheap, meze very nice too. You will come home very fat so be careful, some meze have up to 21 courses! Paphos Harbour is 7 minutes drive, there are lots to see and do and plenty to eat, Drink and be merry.
