Lemon Tree Villa is a 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom semi detached villa that
stands on its own corner plot on one of the most sought after complexes in
Kato Paphos.
There are two large communal pools, one 25m and one 17m long a few steps
from the villa, which overlooks them, one at the front and one at the side
of the property.
In addition there is a large communal garden area with mature citrus trees
(it has been built in an orchard) surrounded by tall conifers and more
recent extensive under planting.
There is a private garden on three sides, a patio front and rear and a
roof terrace with sea and mountain views. There is also a Jacuzzi on the
patio. The villa is ideal for a family holiday.
Lemon Tree Villa has one double and one twin bedroom both with fitted
wardrobes. There is a large master bathroom with bath, and shower over.
There is a separate WC downstairs.
The Villa is brand new and has a modern feel with comfortable contemporary
furniture. The lounge is large and full of light. The kitchen is fully
fitted with all appliances such as oven and hob, fridge freezer and
washing machine. It is stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and
glassware you may need for your stay. The beds are new and very
comfortable. The villa is light and airy and has air-conditioning in each
bedroom and the Lounge/dining area. There is a television with DVD with a
5.1 surround sound system and radio. It will play most CD's and has an Mp3
connection. There are a number of books and games for your enjoyment.
Hesperides Gardens is in a quiet area of Kato Paphos within walking
distance of the seafront, beach, old town, new shopping areas and Harbour.
You will find lots of different bars & restaurants nearby offering a wide
range of food from a number of countries and to suit different pockets and
tastes. There are a number of interesting historic sites in and around
Paphos such as the famous underground Tomb of the Kings and the ancient
mosaics. Lemon Tree Villa is close to the Paphos water park and this is an
excellent day out for families of all ages. A short drive away is
Aphrodite's Rock on a beautiful coastline with clear turquoise waters.
Attractions such as the donkey sanctuary or local wineries are also
nearby.
