An unusual and large stone built villa situated on a hill overlooking the valley of Skoulli Village, what more would you want out of your holiday than watching the trees sway in the gentle summer breeze and take in the aromas of the citrus and vine yards. Villa Leondios is built in stone inside and out, making it lovely and cool during the summer months. On entering Villa Leondios, you will be pleasantly surprised by its space and beauty. The living and dining area is spacious and tastefully furnished and has patio doors which lead out to the balconies and elevated pool area. Off from the large kitchen you will find the double bedroom with en-suite hip bath/shower/wc and separate WC. Leading down a flight of stairs are the two twin bedrooms and bathroom that connect onto a lower balcony to take in the glorious views.
Skoulli village is set between Pafos and Polis Chrysochous, a quaint
roadside village with an abundance of citrus and olive groves.
Approximately 7 minutes drive (8 km) from Polis and Latchi, where you will
find all amenities and great beaches. Paphos Town is about a 30 minutes
drive away. Tsada Golf course is about a 20 minutes drive away.
Fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV, CD player, private swimming pool, pool bar, built and covered barbecue area, wooden garden furniture, wooden sun beds and parasols, bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels), car parking facilities, air conditioning/heating. Baby cots and highchairs are supplied free of charge.
