The Pafia 3 apartment, on the third of three floors, was completed in April 2002. It is well appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It is a one bedroom apartment, sleeping two people. It comprises an open-plan lounge with good-sized balcony, open-plan dining area, fitted kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The lounge has bright modern furniture and also a television, video and hi-fi unit. Patio doors lead to the ample balcony, which has a set of patio furniture and a sea view. The dining room is equipped with a table and four matching chairs. The bathroom includes an excellent bath/shower and a convector unit. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob/electric oven, a tropical fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a large fitted double wardrobe, double bed, twin bedside cabinets with lamps and a dressing table. The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout with separate units in the lounge and the bedroom. The Pafia 3 apartment block includes an external security system, under-cover parking and an elevator serving all floors. A large swimming pool with showers/toilets/changing rooms is set in the privacy of privately maintained gardens, for the sole use of apartment residents. Poolside furniture/umbrellas etc. are provided.
The apartment is situated in a private complex in Kato Paphos,
close to the centre of town and within walking distance of all amenities
such as shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, banks etc. It is set back off the
main road, lending itself to privacy and quiet, while being superbly located
for easy access to the old town of Pano Paphos, as well as the seafront and
harbour of Kato Paphos. It is within walking distance of 'Tomb of the
Kings Road' and the picturesque Lighthouse Beach, both popular tourist
areas.
