This top floor 1 bedroom apartment is situated in an award winning complex, Paradise Gardens III, which is only a
couple of years old. The large living room/dining room has double patio
doors leading onto the balcony. There is also a television and DVD player.
The spacious main bedroom sleeps two people. The sofa bed in the living room
can sleep a further two people if required. The kitchen comes fully equipped
with washing machine, fridge freezer, utensils, plates etc. Both the bedroom
and living room have air conditioning. The bathroom also has a power shower.
Paradise Gardens Apartments are located at the harbour end of the Universal Gardens Area giving the
quietness offered by the area whilst still being within a short walking
distance to the centre of Kato Paphos. The sea front is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
The Paradise Gardens complex is situated just a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, car hire and a 24 hour mini
market. The airport is a 15 minute drive away.
