Paradise Gardens Villa is located in a brand new complex called Paradise Gardens. It is situated in a residential area of Kato Paphos within walking distance of the Municipal sandy beach, picturesque harbour, shopping centre and the nightlife. The complex itself surrounds two luxurious swimming pools with sun terraces and landscaped gardens. The pool, dwarfed by two large palm trees, is less than a minute walk away. There are also two small children's pools. On the ground floor of the villa is a modern kitchen, downstairs toilet and washroom, lounge/dining area with dining table to seat 8 people. There is a small veranda off the lounge area with patio furniture. There is a small enclosed garden and a barbecue is available for use. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage space for clothes. The ensuite bathroom contains a shower, washbasin and wc. This bedroom also has a balcony with wonderful views of the Troodos Mountains. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds along with plenty of storage space. There is a further master bathroom on the first floor, which contains a shower/bath, wc and washbasin. The villa is situated 1000m from the main tourist area known locally as Kato Paphos. Paphos is the capital of the west and is teeming with history. It is host to the island's second international airport (only 11 km away). The resort town has, as its focal point, a charming fishing harbour by Paphos Fort, lined with open-air cafes and tavernas. The beach is 15 minutes walk. Bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. Airport is 20 minutes by car.
