This air conditioned one bedroom apartment is situated just outside the picturesque village of Paralimni, just 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. It is only 15 minutes to Ayia Napa or 10 minutes to Protaras by car. The apartment is close to the centre of Paralimni with its shops and tavernas and three sandy beaches. A regular local bus service is available to Protaras and Ayia Napa. There is a mini-market 5 minutes away and a hypermarket within 20 minutes walk. The apartment is on the second floor of a new development of only 10 apartments and can be reached by a number of stairs. In the open plan air-conditioned sitting/dining room there is a comfortable sofa and chairs, coffee table, television, DVD player, CD player and dining table with four chairs. Doors lead out on to a small balcony with a table and chairs. The separate kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. The large air-conditioned bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing table. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and w.c. The water is heated by solar panels with an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. Linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. There is an area on the roof for sunbathing and has ideal views of the sea and Famagusta. There are 2 sun loungers and folding chairs which are ideal for carrying up to the roof area. A designated car parking space is available under the apartments.
Car Hire is essential.
