This brand new property is located in the prestigious Sea Caves area between Coral Bay and St Georges and is set directly on the waters edge with direct access to the sea via a flight of steps. Seal Villa has been designed to incorporate the many sea views that are available from all angles and its focal point will be the 10 metre private pool, which is set amongst spacious sun terraces to the front of the property above the shoreline. There are roman steps to one end into a shallow end for children. There is an outside shower for your added convenience and the whole area is well furnished. Inside the villa there is a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with large sets of patio doors onto the pool terrace and those views of the sea. There is also a traditional fireplace. The open-plan kitchen leads off from the dining area and boasts modern units. Leading off from the entrance hall is a cloakroom with WC. An inner hall leads to the four bedrooms. There are three pretty twin bedrooms all with shower and WC en-suite and the master double bedroom has full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath en-suite. An unusual feature of this lovely property is its upstairs terrace. A flight of stairs lead from the outside to this upper level above the lounge where can enjoy, not only the spectacular views, but also the amazing sunsets, which are a feature of this part of Cyprus. Finally, many trees and flower beds surround Seal Villa.
A note for would be fishermen - the Sea Caves
area is ideal for sea fishing off the rocks, although obviously you must
bring your own equipment.
