This 2-bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in a small, private complex of only 12 units sharing a lovely communal swimming pool.  Although a quiet location, the apartment is situated close to the Tombs of the Kings Road. A well-stocked supermarket, banks, restaurants and tavernas are a 3 minutes walk. Paphos harbour is a 15 minutes walk passing by the world heritage tombs on the way. The old town, with its daily market, is a 15 minutes walk. The nearest beach is a 10 minutes stroll.

The apartment consists of one double and one twin bedroom, both air-conditioned. Two additional fold-away beds are provided to offer sleeping facilities for up to 6 persons. There is a spacious lounge/dining area (with ceiling fans), an open-plan kitchen area and a full bathroom with bath/shower/WC. Patio doors lead onto a private patio area and the swimming pool is literally 2m from your door. There is a barbecue for your own private use.

Oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, TV, CD player, sun beds, barbecue, linen and towels provided (with the exception of beach towels), ironing board, ceiling fans, air conditioning, weekly maid service.
