This is a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment.  It is situated in a block of 11 units with an attractive communal swimming pool.  A very short walk will take you to the Tombs of the Kings Road where you can find various facilities including supermarkets, car hire, banks, restaurants and tavernas.  Both Paphos harbour and a daily market are within 15 minutes walking distance.  The beach is just 10 minutes walk away and there is an excellent bus service.

The apartment consists of one double and one twin bedroom, both air-conditioned.  There are two additional fold-away beds.  The lounge/dining room has both ceiling and stand alone fans.  The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a full bathroom with bath/shower/WC.  Adjacent to the property is your own private garden which includes a gazebo.  The swimming pool is just a metre from your patio door.

Oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, TV, video recorder, 2 garden table/chair sets, 2 sun beds, iron/board, hair dryer, clothes airer.  All linen and towels supplied (with the exception of beach towels).  There is also a weekly maid service, if required.
