Soleil Villa is a brand new detached, fully furnished property with air conditioning and a lot of home comforts. For example there is a TV complete with DVD player and stereo in the lounge. The dining area has a pine table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed, (bed linen is provided). In the bathroom there is a shower and a bath (please bring your own towels as they are not provided). There is a balcony to sit out on with your glass of wine to admire the sea views and surrounding countryside Outside there is a front veranda with table and chairs, at the back a shaded eating area complete with barbeque and outside shower, ideal when returning from the beach. You can use a large pool which is open all year round, which can only be used by others staying in the complex. Refundable deposit of 200 cyp is required against damages.

The project is located in Kapparis area. A non commercialized little beach is 250 meters down the road.
