Sun Path Apartment has stunning panoramic views of the sea and Larnaca bay from the beautifully furnished, tranquil apartment.  Exclusive new development with private pools, close to beaches and perfect for enjoying town and countryside.  This second floor apartment is part of the new Sun Path residential development, enjoying unspoilt sweeping vistas and facing the sea, it is approximately 10 minutes drive to the city centre of Larnaca, and just on the outskirts of the village of Livadia which has local tavernas and all essential shopping.  The apartment is one of 12, mainly used by owners and their friends and families.  It is in a very tranquil and peaceful position, the nearest buildings to be seen from the apartment are the beach, 800m distant.  We have designed the interior to enhance the fantastic atmosphere of light and space, with modern, comfortable and quality furnishings.  This will be an apartment to feel at home in, relaxing on the spacious terrace, or enjoying the pool (including separate children's pool).  Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, Double bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. Larnaca is a perfect location to experience the magic of Cyprus, it's within easy driving distance to other resorts along the coast and within a few hours you will be able to explore the mountains with traditional villages and spectacular views over the landscape.  Larnaca is a cosmopolitan city with ancient architectural gems.  The palm-tree lined seafront boasts a long Blue Flag beach, with international cafes and restaurants, bars and entertainments.  Beyond the castle and the old mosque to the west of the promenade, you will discover the old Turkish area, still in picturesque mode, with traditional Cypriot cafes, tavernas and speciality fish restaurants.  A waterside stroll further will take you to Mackenzie Bay, with a pretty beach and more delightful restaurants!  The apartments overlooks Larnaca Bay which has many resort hotels, wide spacious beaches and a host of distractions.

Livadia village is a few minutes drive, Larnaca Town is 10 minutes away.
