Tala Gardens 2 Apartments is a brand new luxury garden apartment located in a small exclusive development.  The apartment is very comfortable and is tastefully and stylishly furnished throughout. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of four and has one double bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan living/dining and kitchen area.  Full air conditioning is installed, which is included in the rental price.

In the main living area there is a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater bed settee, stereo system, satellite TV, 32" flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's and CD's.  The kitchen and dining area has seating for 4 people, and is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, fan oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker and juicer. The bedroom is a bright and sunny room with views to the garden.  Ample storage is provided with fitted wardrobes, cupboards and drawers.  There are 2 single or one double bed, bedside cabinet, dressing table, mirror and stool.  An electronic safe is available and a hairdryer is provided. The bathroom has a bath and shower (over the bath), toilet, and vanity unit with inset basin.

The apartment has its own garden which is fenced off and private and is accessed through double patio doors leading the from lounge to a small covered patio. With its combination of colourful Mediterranean plants, views to the sea and sunshine from early morning until late afternoon, this is an ideal spot for sunbathing and alfresco dining.  The area is furnished with sun beds and umbrella, table and chairs for 4, a gas barbecue, a drying area and a small storage cupboard with floor brush, dust pan, ironing board and iron etc.

Tala Gardens 2 is maintained to a very high standard, and has a large freeform communal swimming pool, which enjoys the sun throughout the day.  There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool for your sole use.  There is also a personal parking space and a personal locked storage room suitable for golf clubs, suitcases, bicycles etc.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.  Bed linen and towels are changed weekly (not beach towels).  Children are welcome.  A standard Welcome Pack is included in the price.

Tala Gardens 2 is within walking distance of Tala Village, a traditional Cypriot village built around a thriving village square with several restaurants, tavernas and shops.  The complex is located in a cul-de-sac and is ideal for those seeking a more relaxed vacation.

Tala is only 15km from Paphos Airport, 5km from Kato Paphos and 5km from Coral Bay with its golden sandy beach and water sports. There are 3 golf courses in the area - Tsada 8km, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, both within a 20 minute drive.  There is a range of activities to suit every age group.  A folder in the apartment gives details of days out, local restaurants and entertainment.
