Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is 8km away. There is one double and one twin bedroom, with two
bathrooms with one shower and one tub, an open-plan lounge and dining area which leads on to the pool area and the private gardens. A fully fitted
kitchen which includes all modern comforts, and outdoors there is a mature private garden and a completely private swimming pool with complete outdoor
dining furniture, sun beds and umbrellas, and the view of the sea just a few metres away is breathtaking. The villa has been built and furnished to the
very highest standards and includes air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, and an exceptional lawned garden.
Ulios villa is situated in a quiet location by the coast with unobstructed views of the sea and enjoys
some of the most breathtaking sunsets available. It is just a few hundred metres walking distance from the road which connects Paphos with Coral Bay.
