Villa Minoas is a beautiful detached luxury 4 bedroom villa, located in the quiet and unspoilt village of Argaka and has spectacular sea views and countryside views. All bedrooms are light and airy with en-suite bathrooms, two of which have a Jacuzzi. Three of the bedrooms have a balcony and all four bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room/dining area. The living room has been tastefully decorated, and offers a CD Player, TV, DVD player, a satellite connection and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and is also fully equipped, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a washing machine.

Outside there is a main swimming pool (4 x 12m) which cascades down to another level, to the smaller children's pool. Other facilities available to the guests of this villa include a tennis count, barbeque, sun beds, well maintained gardens and outdoor furniture. The location in the village of Argaka makes the pretty town of Polis only a 5 minute drive. Villa Minoas is just 150m from the beach.  Car parking facilities are available for two cars.
