Villa Eleni is a modern, spacious and well equipped 4 bedroom villa with air conditioning and private pool, and large garden area. Villa Eleni enjoys a very convenient location, being close to the village nd the beach, and also only a 20 minutes drive to Paphos, a 10 minute drive to Aphrodites Rock and also the two excellent golf courses of Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills. There are two double and two twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has a double bed. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the pool and local countryside. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and large balcony. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and balcony. There are three washrooms - ground floor shower room and WC, en-suite shower room and family bathroom upstairs. A large kitchen/dining area complete with modern appliances. The spacious reception/living area has patio doors overlooking the pool area and is also air conditioned. The private pool is regularly maintained and is surrounded by a patio area. The poolside and garden area are well equipped with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor lighting for the evenings.
5 minute walk to village square/shops,
restaurants. 5 minute drive to beach. Situated midway between Paphos
and Limassol.
