Ave Mare Beach Villas is a piece of paradise that is situated on the sea protection line, where the beautiful landscape of Argaka meets the sudden backdrop of the blue Mediterranean. The villas have 3 good size air-conditioned rooms all with magnificent sea views. Only a couple of kilometers away is the town centre of POLIS offering all the recreational facilities and general services of a modern town.

Situated only 100 metres away from the beach, are these three brand new villas, each having three en-suite bedrooms and private swimming pool.

Each villa has a bright and airy lounge/dining area, which is furnished with quality leather sofas, TV, DVD player and dining table and 6 chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and fridge/freezer.

The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor, having a double bed, en-suite shower room, and patio doors leading directly outside to the lawned garden.  Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the twin bedroom has en-suite shower room. Superb views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea around the picturesque Chrysochou Bay can be observed from the upstairs balcony.

Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms, at a supplement Cyp2.50 per unit per day payable locally.

The 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a sun-bathing terrace set with 6 sunbeds and table and chairs. Bordering the terrace is a small, well-kept lawn, interspersed with young banana trees, palms, olive trees and flower beds. A poolside shower and a barbeque complete the outdoor facilities.

The proximity to the gently shelving beach make these villas ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The town of Polis with it’s good selection of bars, restaurants, tavernas and shops can be reached within 5 minutes drive.
