This beautiful 3-bedroom villa is on a private complex and within walking distance to all amenities and the harbour. The villa consists of three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms lead on to the main balcony which overlooks onto beautiful gardens. There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower/WC. Downstairs is all open-plan with an extra WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge with French windows and a dining area with French windows also, which opens out to the main covered porch and seating area.  There is a small pathway which leads to the gardens and well maintained communal swimming pool. The nearest beach is a 15 minutes walk. This villa affords peace and tranquility with no noise at night, yet it is close enough for restaurants and bars. Paphos airport is 15 minutes drive away.
