Villa Sami is situated only 200m to the beach of Chlorakas, near the St. George Hotels and is only a five minutes' drive from the picturesque harbour of Paphos and 20 minutes away from the airport. The St. George's Church, the historic Boat and Tomb of the kings are three historical landmarks of the area.

Villa Sami is sited on 3 acres of land part of stylish villas complex with large communal pool, one third of which are landscaped gardens, the villa is bordered by rolling hills on the one side and the Mediterranean sea with its magnificent sunsets on the other. Away from the mainstream tourism this location is perfect for those seeking rest and relaxation.

Villa Sami consists of 2 twin bedrooms, Lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and shower/wc room.  The villa is fully air conditioned.  There is a communal swimming pool on the complex (25m away from the villa).

Villa Sami is suitable for children, elderly or infirm, wheelchair accessible, pets only allowed for long stays.
